So this is day 1 of my three updates a week test. So far, so good. I’ve also drawn Wednesday and written Fridays. The plan is to have everything finished way before the day I post so I can get a lead on the whole operation. It’s going to take some time but I hope to make some good ground in the next two weeks. I mean, if I can finish Friday’s comic by Wednesday, that means I can start on next week that much sooner. Ya dig?

So yesterday we had my daughters first birthday, it was pretty sweet to say the least. I can still feel the sugar pulsing through my body. We had a lot. But the real winner was my daughter who made out with some good loot and even got to hang out with her friend Jeffy who is 4 days older then her. They actually shared the birthday party which worked out really good. I’m happy and can’t wait to see what happens in the next 365 days.

Speaking of yesterday, I posted the latest Grumpy Bunnies. It’s not safe for work but I love the way it turned out. Hopefully you enjoy it as well. It has a heavy influence from the comic Bug which is often safe for work.

As I pointed out last week, Diane and I went to see the new Predetors movie for our date night. Needless to say, we were not disappointed. Granted, it wasn’t super-amazing-holy-crap-on-a-stick good, but it was better then we were expecting which works for us. I’m finding that as I get out less and less to see movies, my expectations are rapidly changing. I want a movie that will either blow me away or will entertain me to no end. Predators was entertaining on the mindless awesome level.
