In today’s comic, we find our heroes enjoying some time together as Glinda and June watch Anna. To Make Out Point!

So a few weeks ago I sent out several e-mails to various cartoonist like people and I asked them to grade Plus One. What followed was a grueling, but very truthful review of how the comic is doing. I’d like to thank the following 3 people who got back to me. I’ll have a more formal “thank you” later but for now this what I got: Popstrip, Loldwell and Callous.

So how did I do? Well, a lot better then I thought. If I had to put a grade on it, I’d say I got a C+ or a B-. Passable, but with room to improve. But that’s ok because I really accept this and I’m ok with it. A few of the talking points include: work on character expressions, make the site more unique, work on writing, dark gloomy color scheme. All things I know and accept about Plus One but I’m actively working on. I mean, I think the colors have improved a whole hell of a lot in the past few weeks alone!

Anyone planning on going to Wordstock in Portland this year? I will. I won’t have a booth or anything but I’ll be there. And if you want to join me, just let me know and we’ll make a fun day out of the it. I might even have a few Plus One books created by then.
