In today’s Labor Day comic, we find Desmon commenting on the visit from his sister and mom. He isn’t to thrilled by the whole experience, but he’s got Violet to see him through it. Bonus points to anyone who actually draws me a locusts ascending upon a field of hot dogs. I’m not sure what it looks like, but I’m sure it’s awesome.

Also, I apologize for the crazy couch colors, as I mentioned before, I’ve been fine tuning the couch and as Diane pointed out tonight, I’ve been washing out the whole thing in favor of lighter color. I realized that I can’t be afraid of dark colors, that they too are a tool for me. So, I’m working on it, bare with me, we’ll make it through.

I’m talking with several vendors to start up some sweet Plus One merchandise and things of that nature. My goal is to hit the Stump Town comic con this year hard and strong. Beyond just having a book of Year 1, I’m also looking to have 2 posters, some mini-books of year 2 and some surprise items. Don’t be shocked if you’re blown away, I’m grinning from ear to ear just thinking about it.

I’d like to say that my relationship with the real Taz has grown strong over the course of our moving. He’s become particularly attached to me since I’m here all day, everyday. So much so, that he follows me into the bathroom, which is rather annoying. He’s already batted at me a few times as I type this, looking for a few good pets.
