For those of you with small children, you know what I’m talking about. Diane and I like to “joke” that we get our snuggles in the car when we drive places. It’s really the only time that we don’t have to watch our daughter or entertain her.
And that’s all I got. For the first time in a long time I don’t really have much else to say. So let me just throw out some random parenting resources and call it a day.

Hey you too, tell your hands to get a room. We don’t want to see those hands lovin’ all up on each other while we’re shopping at the mall. At least hold hands beneath your coats for pete’s sake.
My wife and I are the same way. Now our boys are 3 and 4 we are able to enjoy a little more time together allowing them to entertain themselves for a while….until the screaming or fighting starts.
The simple gesture of holding each others hands is one of those things we always treasure.

It’s funny how much physical touch means for human beings. We really are social creatures and the act of holding someone else is hand, while seemingly insignificant, means so much to us as a way to connect with others. Examples include Desmon and Violet, or any teenage girl who holds hands with a boy for the first time.
I agree with you there without that feeling of knowing that at least one person cares people could die, esspecially kids. I hug all the little ones in my life… It’s a lot of kids!
