Happy Friday everyone!
Today’s comic is simple and sweet and touches on something that I find very interesting. We live in an apartment with no garages available to us, so when we go to a home with an automatic garage door, my daughter is always so fascinated with it. I think it’s a combination of a big moving object, the loud loud sound and the idea that someone is either coming or going is what’s doing it. Even when we lived in a house with one for a few months, she could be anywhere in the house and when she heard that sound, she automatically wanted to know what was going on. Kids, go figure.
I was planning on posting a cool article about home made Play Dough today but I can’t find my link to it. If I happen to turn it up sometime later today, I’ll make sure to post it for you guys. Home made Play Dough, now that’s cool!
Hope you guys have a safe, long Labor Day weekend. See you guys on Monday,
-Dustin

My boys used to like to ride up on it for a bit. They’d grab hold of the bottom and allow it to lift them up a few feet then drop (don’t tell their mother).
They’ve surpassed the weight load now that they’ve gotten bigger.
Homemade Play Dough is awesome. My wife used to make it for our boys all the time. It actually stays moist longer than store bought play dough as well. Gotta love those at home things.
Have a great weekend.
Is the home made play dough that stuff that dyes your fingers while you make it? xD That was so much fun!

I don’t know as I haven’t made it yet but I did find the site with the recipe. It says to use Koolaid for coloring, so we’ll see how it turns out. Unfortunatly I don’t have any Xanthan Gum right now, otherwise I’d be all over it!
I’ll post the recipe later today though for everyone to enjoy.

Look forward to see it. It’d be fun just to have for practice sculpting.
