Let me just say sorry for this comic. As I was working on it, my daughter kept waking up and had to be attended too. She just wasn’t sleeping well last night. Needless to say, I sat down at my normal drawing time only to find it was well past 11 by the time I actually scanned my art. I don’t really have much else to say besides that.
[update] I couldn’t stand looking at the comic in it’s older form so I went and threw some color onto it. Not my best work but it’s at least passable for now. Thanks for sticking with me [/update]
I do have that home made play dough article up. It isn’t much yet but when we go grocery shopping next, I’m totally picking up the needed material and I’ll post pictures when it’s complete. You can find the article here.

Violet and Desmon may want to consult another doctor before they get too worried about Anna. It’s frustrating talking to others, especially family about your kids needs. Even though they mean well their answers are quite often misunderstood and they can come across as almost cold and uncaring, even though after the fact we know they meant well. There really needs to be a “Just agree with me right now” button that we can put on so when we approach people about things such as this they either just nod, or agree with us at the time and can share their opinions much later.
Leave it to the pets to be the distraction we need, but alas that was not the right type of distraction at that time. Hopefully this doesn’t become an argument as well between them, cause right now Violet may snap off and feel bad for it later.
Dude, Dustin don’t ever be sorry for having to put off the webcomic to take care of your family. They always come first.
Have fun with the homemade play dough, we always have. Also you can eat it and not have to worry about “What’s in it?!?”

Yeah, I know that this comic is just my side project right now but I really wasn’t liking the line art being the only thing up there. I’m ok with cutting corners when needed but that was just not acceptable to me. Call me crazy, but that’s the artist inside me breaking out.
When it comes to talking baby health with a doctor, I always feel like they have some control over a vital part of my life. I know that health evaluations are always subject to interpretation, but I’d like to think that most doctors can agree on general health issues. I guess for me it’s like telling someone how to do their job just because I personally may not agree with them. If someone told me how to be a graphic designer just because they didn’t like my method (not the final product), I’d be pretty pissed at them. But Ig guess with health it’s different, especially the health of my kids.
As for Violet’s reaction… I actually forgot what it was and had to look it up. Should be a fun comic on Friday.
